R.A Jenks are a specialist service and repair provider with factory trained, certified and qualified technical team on all main stream brands of Autoclaves ensuring we are able to maintain and upgrade all makes and models of Autoclaves, so they run at optimum performance. RA Jenks recognises the importance of an autoclave as being a “mission critical” device within your practice. We understand when your autoclave fails, you may no longer be able to maintain the NZDA required standards of hygiene.
When the unexpected happens and your autoclave fails, we are resourced and able to dispatch one of our many qualified technicians to assess the fault. In the event that we are not able to resolve the issue in a timely manner; or where we need to remove the item to our base for repair, we will do our very best to assist you with one of our loan units to ensure that your business does not skip a beat.

Our services range from simple break fix through to IQOQ and PRQ tests (performance re-qualification) and annual service work. Comprehensive reports are produced for service and validation work completed. These reports have been reviewed and approved by appropriate Government Agencies.
Autoclave Testing & Validation
RA Jenks provide a full range of testing, validation and compliance services to cover the infection control policies as outlined by the New Zealand Dental Council which apply in today’s modern workplace. We work closely with the various Government agencies to ensure standards are always met.
Practice owners must ensure that all day to day equipment is in good working order and safe to use, therefore equipment should be serviced and maintained in accordance to the New Zealand Dental Council standards and within the Manufacturers recommendations.
