Today, R A Jenks is the service partner of choice to all major New Zealand dental equipment suppliers with focus on installation, warranty repairs, servicing, regular preventative maintenance scheduling, IT hardware and software support and more recently facility management services. No job is too large or small.
Premium Dental Equipment Servicing & Repairs
The team at R A Jenks recognise the importance of servicing your equipment regularly, as much as the need for prompt, efficient and cost-effective repairs. Regular servicing of your equipment can extend the life of your investment substantially. It can also result in less costly repairs and decrease the time that your equipment is not usable or generating revenue.
Modern Technology
The need to keep up-skilled on the ever-changing technology is vital for R A Jenks to continue to deliver on its “core business promise when you need it, where you need it” continually investing in ongoing training and certification courses from around the World to ensure that a World class service is delivered locally in New Zealand by New Zealanders.
Support & Loan Equipment
It is not always possible to get through a day without equipment such as an autoclave, suction motor or compressor and therefore servicing these items can often be delayed. Delaying the servicing on these items can lead to these items failing at the worst possible time. If the unit was serviced regularly, reduces the potential of that fault ever occurring.
As part of this “risk management” approach in order to ensure that you are able to operate with the least disruption possible, if your machine is not able to be serviced on your premises, for a small cost we are happy to supply you with one of our many loan units while yours is being serviced at our work-shop.
We have over 55 years experience within the dental industry and we ensure that the equipment within your practice works for you
