Comprehensive Service Contracts:

RA Jenks can tailor a service contract to meet your requirements, from a basic casual contract through to a full End-to-End facility.

Compliance Work:

The changing requirements and associated risks of having equipment within your practice that is not compliant to the standards of the Dental Council and NZDA and having the correct documentation, is becoming increasingly onerous. At RA Jenks we provide a full compliance facility service, which is further supported with annual checks.

Equipment Audits:

Keeping track of all the non-critical and critical equipment that is often overlooked in your practice, until it fails is a time-consuming exercise and one that is becoming more important as annual compliance requirements are being policed more regularly.  At RA Jenks, we provide full audit reports along with recommendations on likely potential issues and any equipment replacement. Looming is an additional service provided to the RA Jenks inventory management system, which is available taking away the need for you to diary when service and compliance reporting is due.

Installations:

The RA Jenks team are factory trained on all leading equipment brands for dental chairs, X-rays, Autoclaves, washers and small equipment, ensuring a quality installation is assured to manufacturers specifications and ensuring the manufacturers new equipment warranty is not compromised.

Working closely with our Jenks team at Dental IT, all software integrations are managed to provide a “turnkey” solution.  We provide pre-inspection reports to confirm the installation is possible and all services are in place before the installation dates.

Break Fix:

At RA Jenks, we provide a “break fix” only service for all main brands of dental equipment with our skilled technical team able to diagnose and resolve most problems at your premises, without the need for the equipment to be returned to the workshop.  Should a workshop repair be required we do carry a range of loan equipment that can be provided at a nominal cost allowing your practice to keep operating whilst the repair is completed.

As part of the break fix service we will make note of any major concerns or issues that you need to be made aware of, such as compliance, electrical certification or general safety concerns.

End to End Servicing:

The RA Jenks end-to-end servicing solution offers a comprehensive process that keeps pace with your business’s ever-changing infrastructure requirements, and the changing demands of the dental sector. The RA Jenks end-to-end servicing solution covers your specified dental hardware and software, including installation, implementation, and maintenance.

Remote Monitoring:

At RA Jenks we are now able to remote monitor new dental equipment which has this capability installed, some brands are becoming very intuitive and can now often “speak their minds” and keep the RA Jenks technicians one step ahead of what’s happening. The result? Fewer faults, faster repairs and more peace of mind for you.  Moving our service model from a reactive one to a proactive one with predictive call scheduling capability
